Metal Detection: High-frequency detection (0 – 800kHz) is applicable for detecting and removing magnetic and non – magnetic metal foreign matters in capsules, including fine metal shavings and metal sieve wires embedded in medicines, so as to ensure drug purity.
Polishing and Sorting Functions: The equipment can polish capsules to remove surface dust, ensuring cleanliness and quality.
Human – Machine Interface: The equipment can record 100,000 events and store 240 product parameters, facilitating rapid replacement and production management. The touch – screen also supports PDF data export and electronic signature, meeting FDA 21CFR requirements.
Seamless Removal Structure: Features integrated injection – molding, eliminating hygiene dead – corners and tool disassembly. It’s easy to clean and meets hygiene standards. The up – down flip – plates enable rapid automatic removal, minimizing material loss during normal production.
Power – off Protection and Waste Material Management: When power is off, the removal device remains open (optional) to ensure safety. The waste outlet can be connected to a waste bottle for easy collection and disposal.
Fully Transparent Polishing Cylinder: facilitating the observation of capsule operation. It is integrally injection – molded, with no welds and no hygiene dead corners, ensuring cleanliness.

What is the metal detector working principle?
It utilizes a high-frequency(0 – 800kHz) alternating magnetic field to excite metal conductors to generate eddy currents, and judges the presence of foreign objects by detecting the changes in the secondary magnetic field of the eddy currents. It is suitable for detecting and removing both magnetic and non-magnetic metallic foreign objects in capsules to ensure the purity of the medical.
