• The main transmission components are enclosed within the machine body, effectively preventing material contamination caused by wear and tear of the transmission mechanism.

• All parts that come into contact with the materials are subjected to high-precision polishing.

• Safety Features: The machine is equipped with safety protection devices, such as stop-on-no-cap and start-on-cap-present functionality.

• Construction: Most components of the machine are made of aluminum alloy, and the outer casing is constructed from high-quality stainless steel plate, resulting in a lightweight machine that is easy to handle and transport.

• Adjustability: Within the applicable range, users can freely adjust the machine settings to accommodate variations in cap height and size, as well as bottle height and size.

Advanced Control System

The motor control systems for key functions—specifically bottle clamping, capping, and conveying—are regulated by frequency converters (VFDs).

This allows users to freely set the production volume within the machine’s design limits, offering greater convenience for production scheduling and process formulation.

Cap loader and cap press machine parameters
