The motor drives the bottle sorting disc via gear transmission. Bottles in the bottle hopper are rotated from beneath the sorting disc to its upper surface through the semicircular grooves. Bottles within these grooves are then processed by the flipping plates of the sorting mechanism, automatically inverting them to position the bottle mouth downward and the base upward, completing the sorting process.
This machine is a mechatronic device featuring user-friendly operation, simple maintenance, and reliable performance. It incorporates bottle discharge quantity control detection and overload protection mechanisms. Both the frame and material hoppers are constructed from premium stainless steel, offering an aesthetically pleasing appearance that complies with GMP standards. Eliminating the need for compressed air to blow bottles, it utilizes an automatic bottle-flipping mechanism and includes a bottle collection device, significantly boosting production efficiency.
1.The conveyor belt at the bottom of the hopper continuously lifts and feeds the material into the rotating disc.
2.The rotating turntable will align the bottles upright and feed them onto the conveyor belt in an orderly fashion.
3.The properly aligned bottles are transported from the exit position to the next workstation for the subsequent process.
