1.New design ring body
- the new ring body is directly connected to the indexing box without adapter.This makes the machine run more smoothly.

2.Vacuum suction capsule composition:
Using vacuum negative pressure to separate the cap and body of the empty capsule, will not damage the empty capsule shell
3.Rejection parts
The empty capsule rejecting device rejects unopened capsule shells and sucks them out through a vacuum device.
4.Capsule press mechanism
All the pins of the press-fit pusher adopt concave-arc hollow design, so that there will be no capsule broken when machine is working continuously for a long time.
The position of the pressure plate can be adjusted up and down to adapt to different types of capsules
5.Capsule ejection parts
Connected to the compressed air,, the finished capsules will be blown to the material barrel under the action of compressed air. to avoid blockage of capsules at the discharge port.
6.Upper and lower segment
The movement form of the lower module adopts linear dual-axis (Ф10mm) positioning form, the module installation is stable, no shaking, greatly improving the capsule loading rate and filling accuracy. Greatly improve the capsule loading rate and filling precision.
There is 100% interchangeability between different size of capsule change parts.
The lower module is composed of positioning pins and equipped with a debugging pin, which is convenient for changeover

8.Capsule hopper
Capsule hopper: 304 stainless steel material;
Matching capsule funnel, widen the capsule hopper inlet size, increase the volume of the capsule hopper, convenient for manual feeding.
The hopper is installed with level sensor, the equipment alarms and stops when there is a lack of capsules.
9.Powder mixing device
The upper and lower positions can be adjusted to ensure the uniformity of the granularity and speed of the material in the bin, without obvious fluctuations.
The pitch of the discharging screw can be customized according to the customer’s material condition.
10.Dosing disc
The upper surface of the metering disk is processed with high precision, the surface roughness Ra≤0.4μm, and the circular runout of the end face≤0.03mm; the bottom of the metering disk is mirror polished, and the surface roughness Ra≤0.08μm; the gap between the bottom of the metering disk and the copper ring is 0.1±0.01mm; it can reduce the rate of leakage of powder, and improve the accuracy of loading.
Can be adjusted by replacing the metering disk of different thickness and adjusting the depth of each group of filling rods into the metering disk to adjust the loading.
11.Uniform powder device
Equipped with homogenizing device in the dosing disc assembly to drive the powder to run, increase the fluidity between the powder, so that the powder is distributed as evenly as possible in the dosing disc, which can effectively control the dosage difference within ±3%, and improve the yield of the product.
The powder ring is equipped with a reliable material level sensor to ensure that the amount of material in the ring is controlled within ±5% of the target value during the filling process
12.The upper mold holder
The upper mold holder is made of duralumin with anodized surface, the hardness can reach HRC50 or above. Make the bracket light and high surface hardness, wear-resistant, long life. Due to the lightness of the cam, the cam is driven by a smaller force, thus extending the service life of the cam.
This also prolongs the service life of the cam.
Adopting stable double column support structure, the equipment runs stably.
13.Powder recylying parts
Below the filling station there is a powder box, increasing the volume of powder recycling; reduce the cleaning times of the powder box.
The powder will not be squeezed into the drive shaft, and the powder will be directly recycled through the special powder collection box, which is in line with GMP requirements.
