Metal Detector: High-frequency detection (0-800kHz) is suitable for detecting and removing both magnetic and non-magnetic metallic foreign objects in tablets, including tiny metal shavings embedded in the medicine and metal screen wires, ensuring the purity of the medicine. The detection coil is made of stainless steel material and is completely sealed inside, featuring high precision, high sensitivity, and high stability.

De-duster:  It can effectively remove the dust from tablets, trim the burrs, ensuring that the tablet surface is clean.

HIM: It is operated by a touch screen, which supports password hierarchical control and performance confirmation procedures. The device can record 100,000 events and store 240 product parameters, facilitating quick replacement. The touch screen supports PDF data export and electronic signatures, meeting the requirements of FDA 21CFR.

Seamless Removal Structure: Features integrated injection – molding, eliminating hygiene dead – corners and tool disassembly. It’s easy to clean and meets hygiene standards. The up – down flip – plates enable rapid automatic removal, minimizing material loss during normal production.

Power – off Protection and Waste Material Management: When power is off, the removal device remains open (optional) to ensure safety. The waste outlet can be connected to a waste bottle for easy collection and disposal.

Fully Transparent Work Area: The work area adopts a fully transparent design, making the running route of the tablets clearly visible and facilitating observation.
