What is the working process of vacuum loading machine
- Step 1: Press ON/OFF button → Compressed air activates vacuum generator → Hopper discharge door closes → Vacuum formed
- Step 2: Vacuum-driven air stream conveys materials through hose into hopper
- Step 3: Preset feeding time ends → Compressed air cut off → Discharge door opens → Materials discharge to receiving equipment
- Step 4: Stored compressed air reversely blows filter for automatic cleaning
- Step 5: Preset discharge time ends → Cycle restarts → Continuous feeding
