Description
What is the applicatin of capsule liquid filling machine
It used to fill solution, suspension, microemulsion or thermolysate into hard capsule,then sealing the capsule. So that the capsule material is always in a sealed state during packaging, transportation. Normally used in used in the pharmaceutical and health care industry.

It is suitable for hard capsule size 00 to size 4
What is the Filling accuracy,
We use Fiber optic detection of ceramic pumps for filling liquid,so the filling accurancy is about 2%.
How about quality warranty and after service?
Warranty for one year after installation, we can send our engineer for installation and also support online service.

1.High-precision ceramic pump with servo motor
The dosing system to control the difference in liquid material loading in the capsule to about ±2%.
2.High precision fiber inspection system
It can quickly detect whether the hollow capsules are normally separated during the production process,if not,the unopen capsule will be rejected.
3.Filled capsule feeder
Capsule automatic guiding, capsule high and low position to control the speed synchronization between the host and the auxiliary machine in real time
4.Gel sealing system
The lifting and sealing gel tray adopts the servo motor control system,The secondary gluing technology improves the complete sealing effect at the seal.
5.Free hanging drying template
The capsule always in a face-up state to make a snake-shaped reciprocating motion. It is easy to disassemble when need to change the mold and cleaning.
6.Capsule ejection device
Each unit dry mold can rotate 360°,so the finished product is exported to the discharge bin.The blowing pipes to prevent the finished product from remaining in the mold
