De-duster: It can effectively remove the dust from tablets, trim the burrs, ensuring that the tablet surface is clean.

HIM: It is operated by a touch screen, which supports password hierarchical control and performance confirmation procedures. The device can record 100,000 events and store 240 product parameters, facilitating quick replacement. The touch screen supports PDF data export and electronic signatures, meeting the requirements of FDA 21CFR.

Seamless Removal Structure: Features integrated injection – molding, eliminating hygiene dead – corners and tool disassembly. It’s easy to clean and meets hygiene standards. The up – down flip – plates enable rapid automatic removal, minimizing material loss during normal production.
