The Deblistering Process
It use the micro motor and the primary reducer drive a set of rollers simulating the action of manual stripping tablets to peel off the aluminum plastic bubble cover plate of the whole plate from the defective packaging plate, and collect the particles and the packaging separately through the guide plate and the particle baffle plate.
This process can be carried out using manual, semi-automatic, or automatic deblister machines, depending on the production scale and requirements.

Proper Operation and Maintenance
- The good quality lubricants (lubricating oil or lithium soap oil)have been sealed into sliders before delivery for the standard products. Please lubricate sliders after they are stalled for use and running. and before formal running. Please use lubricants with the same lithium soap oil when lubricating. (Breaking the oil into sliders with a compressor gun via the oil nozzle attached to the slider. The degree of viscous oil is 30-150cSt, the Great Wall or Mobil is suggested to use)
- The anti-corrosive oil has been painted at the surrounding surface of the module screw before delivery for the standard products; when installing, if there’s cleaning and wiping module behavior, proper lubricating oil should be coated on the parts that are exposed to the outside before the installation
- As the sliders of the linear guideway are composed of many plastic parts, please avoid contacting or soaking these parts with organic solvents when cleaning, to avoid product damage.
- Foreign body entry is one of the reasons for slider mistakes and collisions;it should pay attention to avoid this.
- Dismantling linear guideway parts at will may cause the foreign body to enter sliders or reducing product accuracy. Please do not dismantle the product at will.
- When finding the running of product is not smooth or there’s duston the bal track surface. product maintenance should be done timelto avoid the worsening of steel ball and screw wear.
- Running situation should be confirmed for every 50km running, or every two to six months, to eradicate accumulated dirt and supplement lubricating oil, or to choose to add a protective cover additionally.Regular maintenance is recommended after that
